Job Description
Inside Sales Representative responsible for driving prospecting efforts and supporting sales managers. Maintaining customer satisfaction and relationships in a flexible remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Assist in proposal preparations, quotes, and presentations
- Conduct market research to gather information on competitors
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders
- Assist in onboarding new customers
- Provide training and support to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of six months of demonstrated successful experience in a B2B sales role
- High School Diploma or GED required, Technical or Marketing degree preferred
- Ability to understand and analyze customer requirements
- Highly effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in verbal and written English
- Proficiency with a CRM system, Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency using a PC, including a spreadsheet program
- Motivated and self-directed, with the ability to appreciate and meet aggressive goals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in environment
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Bilingual Spanish fluency preferred
