Job Description

Inside Sales Representative for Triad Technologies re-engaging accounts and generating sales leads. Providing tailored solutions and managing customer relationships to support sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new conversations and re-engage dormant accounts
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and create a pipeline that supports branches and sales teams
  • Complete 50+ outbound calls daily to small and mid-sized customers
  • Build trust and rapport with assigned accounts
  • Re-engage dormant or low-activity customers with tailored outreach
  • Recommend products and solutions to expand customer spend
  • Manage a defined portfolio of accounts and maintain accountability for activity and revenue targets
  • Partner with sales teams to transition larger opportunities
  • Document outreach and insights in CRM

Requirements:

  • Strong phone presence with clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly, ask effective discovery questions, and position Triad as a strategic partner.
  • Service-oriented mindset with the ability to uncover needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Comfort handling objections and guiding customers through concerns to keep conversations progressing.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and maintain momentum.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, email platforms, and Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and contributes to team knowledge sharing and best practices.
