Job Description

Inside Sales Specialist managing high volume inbound/outbound calls to convert prospects into leads for House Buyers of America. Engaging with consumers to facilitate real estate transactions and ensure lead qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert incoming prospects into leads
  • Answer inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers
  • Aggressive follow up on “after-hours” or missed calls
  • Utilize multiple methods of contact (text messaging, e-mails, phone calls) to reach prospective sellers
  • Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process
  • Audit leads to ensure they’re followed up on appropriately
  • Assign leads that aren’t auto assigned to Real Estate Consultants
  • Follow up on aged leads
  • Provide general sales support

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a high volume inbound/outbound call environment
  • Followed up on leads to begin the lead qualification process
  • Experience working with consumers/homeowners (preferred)
  • Experience in real estate (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
