Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and monitor a team of sales consultants responsible for consultative selling
- Structure and optimize sales funnels
- Implement and refine sales workflows
- Establish and oversee commercial routines across multiple channels
- Plan intensive sales campaigns to accelerate revenue
- Analyze data and prepare performance reports
- Train and develop sales consultants
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field
- Proven experience leading B2C Inside Sales teams in high-performance operations
- Advanced experience with tools such as HubSpot and RD Station
- Experience creating lead-nurturing workflows
- Knowledge of customer service and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of sales-funnel structure and stage-by-stage conversion analysis
- Experience or familiarity with content-driven digital sales
