Job Description

Inside Sales Analyst focusing on client activation and platform usage at a growing Brazilian startup. Engaging strategically with customers to ensure a successful journey while driving innovation within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving customer activation by monitoring metrics and providing clear, effective guidance.
  • Work strategically with clients to encourage platform adoption and ensure a complete, successful experience.
  • Collaborate with the team in a dynamic startup environment focused on customer journeys.
  • Participate in continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Proactively support and track clients’ progress toward their goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales Management, or related fields.
  • Experience in customer service, account management, or support, especially at digital companies, fintechs, proptechs, or startups.
  • Experience with CRM tools (such as RD Station, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Experience with onboarding, training, or managing the customer journey is a plus.
  • Digital fluency to navigate various tools and internal systems with ease.
  • Familiarity with CRM for tracking pipeline and customer status.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (especially via WhatsApp and calls).
  • Organized approach to handling multiple interactions in a structured way.
  • Ability to drive the pace of the customer journey, encouraging progression through flow stages.
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for engagement and conversion.
