Job Description

Instructional Design and Development Coordinator designing online training for Trillium Health Resources. Collaborating on educational initiatives and supporting the Learning Management System.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop learning activities, assignments, assessments, and instructional approaches for online and hybrid training
  • Gather, analyze, implement, secure, integrate training, maintain, and support the My Learning Campus - Learning Management System
  • Develop assessment instruments and evaluation criteria
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify appropriate learning pathways
  • Create immersive and interactive educational experiences
  • Assist in curriculum development and support course design
  • Participate in planning for educational needs and support organizational initiatives
  • Utilize authoring tools and learning management systems for content development

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in working with data electronically and MS Office suite; OR Associate’s degree and four (4) years of experience in working with data electronically and MS Office suite; OR Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in working with data electronically and MS Office suite; OR Equivalent combination of higher education/experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside in North Carolina and within Trillium’s Catchment area.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
