Job Description

Learning and Development Trainer facilitating live training and developing materials at billups. Responsible for onboarding and professional development initiatives for employees in India.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Live Training.
  • Create Training Content & Materials.
  • Assist in Developing Feedback and Training Measurement Criteria.
  • Run Training Pilots/Focus Groups.
  • Coordinate Ongoing Learning Events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience in the US Client Services department, or equivalent external experience.
  • 1 or more years of experience supporting L&D initiatives that impact Client Services professionals.
  • Out-of-Home (OOH) Media and/or Client Services experience strongly preferred, but not required.
