Job Description
Professional Development Manager designing and managing professional development strategies for the organization. Collaborates with leaders to create impactful learning experiences for employee growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage professional development programs
- Collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
- Conduct learning needs assessments
- Develop and deliver learning experiences
- Integrate innovative learning technologies
- Monitor, analyze, and report on learning metrics
- Serve as the business manager for key learning and development initiatives
- Stay current on emerging trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience in designing and delivering successful training programs
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Ability to clear required background check
