Job Description
Instructional Resource Manager coordinating the development of educational training products and managing vendor relationships for ATSSA. Supporting certification procedures and conducting inventory monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Development, management, and resource coordination of educational training products
- Contribute to and support resource development and execution of instructional products
- Apply market research and needs analysis for new training products
- Supports relationship management of vendors
- Evaluate and maintain certification procedures for educational offerings
- Conduct inventory monitoring and reporting
- Updates product content based on industry changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or field tied to product sector
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience
- Association experience and/or experience in a training certification environment preferred
- Experience managing relationships to successful outcomes
- Experience with product development and instructional design
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) or New Product Development (NPD) certification a plus.
