Job Description

Insurance Customer Support Associate providing assistance to U.S. customers by answering inquiries and resolving issues remotely. Engaging with customers to enhance the overall experience while working from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Requirements:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
