Job Description

Insurance Ops Specialist ensuring reliability and scalability of insurance processes for Coverflex. Strengthening controls, maintaining compliance, and optimizing operations for strategic growth and client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that our insurance processes are reliable, efficient, and scalable
  • Play a key role in advancing the company’s mission
  • Strengthen operational controls and maintain compliance
  • Optimize backend operations to enable commercial and leadership teams to focus on strategic growth
  • Take ownership of current insurance workflows, ensuring proper documentation and standardization

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the insurance operations area (mandatory)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
  • Analytical ability and autonomy in resolving discrepancies
  • Comfort using digital tools and insurance company portals (nice-to-have)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team (nice-to-have)
  • GoogleSheet / Excel skills (nice-to-have)
  • Experience in Life, Health, Workers compensation (nice-to-have)
