Job Description
Insurance Ops Specialist ensuring reliability and scalability of insurance processes for Coverflex. Strengthening controls, maintaining compliance, and optimizing operations for strategic growth and client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that our insurance processes are reliable, efficient, and scalable
- Play a key role in advancing the company’s mission
- Strengthen operational controls and maintain compliance
- Optimize backend operations to enable commercial and leadership teams to focus on strategic growth
- Take ownership of current insurance workflows, ensuring proper documentation and standardization
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the insurance operations area (mandatory)
- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
- Analytical ability and autonomy in resolving discrepancies
- Comfort using digital tools and insurance company portals (nice-to-have)
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team (nice-to-have)
- GoogleSheet / Excel skills (nice-to-have)
- Experience in Life, Health, Workers compensation (nice-to-have)
