Job Description
Franchise Regional Director providing strategic leadership for multiple locations at Comfort Keepers. Ensuring operational excellence and driving revenue growth across company-owned locations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for multiple company-owned locations
- Ensure operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and outstanding client service
- Lead and mentor local management teams to achieve performance and service excellence
- Conduct regular SWOT analyses to anticipate business challenges and drive solutions
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across all assigned locations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in multi-site or regional management, preferably within healthcare, homecare, or a related service industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven record of achieving business growth and operational excellence
- Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or risk management preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and develop high-performing teams
