Job Description

Regional Vice President responsible for charter school operations across multiple states. Overseeing performance, compliance, and student outcomes at Acceleration Academies.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, performance, compliance, and student outcomes of Acceleration Academies’ charter school portfolio
  • Overseeing charter schools in South Carolina and Ohio
  • Ensure academies operate with excellence while meeting enrollment, retention, academic, financial, and regulatory goals
  • Partner closely with Academy Directors and cross-functional leaders to drive enrollment growth, student persistence, academic achievement, and charter performance
  • Collaborate with Enrollment, Student Services, and Academic teams to maximize student outcomes and organizational growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of educational leadership experience
  • Minimum 3 years supervising multiple schools, sites, or educational programs
  • Experience driving enrollment growth, student retention, and academic performance outcomes
  • Experience with charter accountability, compliance, governance, and operational management
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing organizational change
