Job Description
Integrated Marketing Director managing marketing campaigns targeted at women clients for Mercer Advisors. Collaborating across departments to implement strategies and drive measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Marketing to stand up and execute integrated campaigns targeting specialized women-focused segments such as business owners, divorcees, widows, and professionals.
- Ensure campaigns align with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.
- Support brand engagement through events and external partnerships.
- Build and manage the Women and Wealth roadmap and operating plan.
- Convene advisors and practice leaders into collaborative groups focused on women’s needs.
- Align internal teams for execution and service design.
- Support industry engagement through conferences, attendance and speaking opportunities, summits, and partnerships (e.g., InvestHers leadership team).
- Work with Head of W&W to identify and acquire women-led or women-owned firms as strategic partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial services.
- Demonstrated expertise in engaging and serving UHNW women and their families.
- Strong client service orientation with proven experience driving retention, advisor productivity, and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence, with comfort in public speaking and media settings.
- Proven ability to develop and execute national strategies that drive measurable business growth.
- Strong time management and organizational skills in high-energy, high-volume environments.
- Must be a humble, entrepreneurial, hardworking team player with a positive "can do" attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to travel up to 30% required.
