Job Description
Intern focusing on customer experience research and insights for Dexcom, a leader in glucose monitoring technology. Involves data analysis and collaboration on CX programs to enhance customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Your role will focus on and creating meaningful impact on programs that enhance CX across the customer journey.
- You will gain experience designing and deploying voice of customer surveys, interpreting results, and working cross-functionally to share insights and develop action plans for continuous CX improvement.
- This position will also support cross functional collaborative CX initiatives in digital marketing that focus on educating and empowering customers in their use of Dexcom products.
Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent.
- Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later.
- Experience with survey tools (Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, etc.).
- Customer-first mentality; driven to improve Dexcom’s customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter, takes initiative.
