Job Description
International Marketing Manager responsible for product lifecycle in Surgical Extremities & Fixation. Engages in market analysis, product development, and managing relationships with key opinion leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including customer requirements and product vision.
- Monitor and update market data, analyze competitors, and support pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with upstream marketing and R&D for product proposals and strategies.
- Coordinate promotional initiatives and contribute to marketing planning for product commercialization.
- Develop and manage relationships with key international opinion leaders and centers of excellence.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing and Communication, Economics, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in the orthopedic or medical device sector.
- Background in marketing or a combination of marketing and sales.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to travel up to 30% of the time within Europe.
