Job Description
Analista de Projetos de TI acompanhando prazos, custos, escopo e métricas para a Avantti Consultoria TI. Aplicação de metodologias Cascata e Ágeis com PMO e equipes multidisciplinares.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure value delivery and adherence to project deadlines in coordination with the PMO
- Maintain reporting cadence and measure benefit realization metrics
- Support the Project Manager in maximizing generated value while maintaining timelines and follow-ups
- Facilitate alignment among the areas involved
- Assist with project methodologies, promoting continuous analysis and improvement
- Generate metrics and measure results
- Keep project control tools up to date
- Support the team in achieving greater productivity and quality
- Participate in technical and business discussions that impact the project
- Identify appropriate working methods for each project
- Track the project lifecycle through status reports, cost monitoring, variance measurement, and scope analysis, recording information in the designated system
- Promote the use of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Production Engineering, or a related field
- Experience managing projects
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience developing and implementing processes
- Knowledge of Power BI or data presentation tools
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of AI tools (Claude, Monday, etc.) — advanced expertise is not required
- Kanban certification (preferred)
- PSM/CSM certification (preferred)
- PMI/PMBOK certification (preferred)
