Job Description
Junior Accounts Receivable Representative supporting customers and insurance professionals through payment-related communication. Handling invoices, account management, and customer inquiries in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers and insurance professionals through payment-related communication and account coordination in a fully remote environment
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to unpaid invoices and account support
- Collect payments from homeowners and insurance companies
- Assist customers with invoice questions, payment updates, and account inquiries
- Document customer communication and account updates across multiple CRM systems
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities
- Support account resolution efforts through professional and timely communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and payment processing
- Contribute to a positive and efficient remote team environment
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
- Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to think independently and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning and using multiple CRM systems and software platforms
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated while working remotely
- Customer service, call center, administrative, or accounts receivable experience preferred
