Job Description

Junior Customer Support role assisting Danish-speaking customers through various communication channels. Collaborating with team members to maintain high-quality support and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Fluent Danish (written and spoken) & good English communication skills.
  • EU citizenship OR valid work permit (full-purpose, specific-purpose, or refugee protection certificate).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • No previous experience needed – entry-level role.
