Job Description

Junior marketer assisting MCR Media in adapting marketing strategies for the Japanese market. Focus on website analysis, local payment solutions, and localization campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve our existing website and marketing funnel for Japan
  • Suggest enhancements based on cultural relevance and user behavior
  • Plan marketing activities aligned with Japanese events and holidays
  • Research local payment methods and help integrate solutions
  • Identify potential media and traffic sources for advertising in Japan
  • Assist in recruitment efforts for a local User Acquisition Manager
  • Support localization efforts for digital content and advertising campaigns

Requirements:

  • Students or recent graduates in marketing, business, or related fields
  • Fluent in Japanese (native or near-native) and proficient in English
  • Passionate about digital marketing and consumer behavior in Japan
  • Familiar with Japanese media, online platforms, and local payment methods
  • Interested in gaining hands-on experience in market research, campaign planning, and localization
