Job Description

Lifecycle Marketing Specialist optimizing patient engagement through effective marketing strategies. Supporting patient journeys and retention efforts at Care Access.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of engagement and retention of our patients through health screenings and studies
  • Optimize the patient journey to improve engagement rates
  • Activate and optimize marketing strategies that span the entire customer journey
  • Implement retention campaigns to improve engagement with study participants
  • Work with development and analytics teams to further build out marketing automation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Segment, Customer.io)
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and automation workflows
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
