Job Description
Vice President of Marketing Analytics and Systems driving data-driven growth at Alight. Leading marketing analytics and technology strategies in the health services technology sector with a remote first approach.
Responsibilities:
- Build a unified marketing analytics program with reproducible reporting, automated dashboards, forecasting models, and KPI frameworks for real-time information distribution
- Deliver executive-level insights influencing strategy and investment decisions
- Lead TAM, market structure, and whitespace analyses to identify expansion opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable product and GTM recommendations
- Oversee/Manage/Architect end-to-end GTM systems including funnel design, lifecycle workflows, qualification frameworks, and enablement paths
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, FP&A, and Customer Success to ensure lifecycle alignment
- Own and evolve the marketing technology stack to ensure scalability, data integrity, compliance, and seamless system integration
- Establish operational frameworks, governance models, and performance management processes to support predictable revenue growth
- Build and manage a comprehensive win/loss program
- Partner with Product and Finance to support pricing architecture and monetization strategy
- Manage, coach and lead through transformation your direct report team members
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 15+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Advanced analytical skills and experience in regulated or healthcare-related industries preferred
