Job Description
Spanish-Speaking Telemarketer at CA Builders responsible for outbound calls to homeowners. Scheduling qualified appointments and maintaining call records in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to Spanish-speaking homeowners
- Follow provided call scripts to introduce company services professionally
- Qualify leads based on interest and basic criteria
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate call notes, outcomes, and records
- Meet daily and weekly calling and appointment-setting targets
- Maintain call quality, professionalism, and compliance with guidelines
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (verbal communication)
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone
- Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or customer-facing roles
- Ability to handle high call volumes consistently
- Confident, goal-oriented, and resilient to rejection
- Ability to work full-time during U.S. Pacific Time business hours
- Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment
