Job Description

Mid-level GTM recruiter for a startup with recruitment lifecycle management. Ideal for candidates with sourcing and engineering experience, working remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify top GTM talent
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, including sales, marketing, and customer success positions
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
  • Utilizing data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities to attract top talent
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of recruiting experience is ideal.
  • Sourcing-only is acceptable - this does not need to be a seasoned full-cycle closer.
  • Core requirement: Must have experience hiring or sourcing engineers (software preferred; adjacent technical roles acceptable if the candidate can translate).
  • Comfortable managing multiple reqs and partnering with multiple stakeholders.
