Job Description
Mid-level GTM recruiter responsible for full recruitment lifecycle in a startup. Focused on sourcing talent and optimizing recruitment processes for various GTM roles.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify top GTM talent
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, including sales, marketing, and customer success positions
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Utilizing data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes
- Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities to attract top talent
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience is ideal.
- Experience hiring or sourcing engineers (software preferred; adjacent technical roles acceptable).
- Ability to quickly learn role requirements and identify signal in resumes/LinkedIn profiles.
