Job Description
Junior Recruiter sourcing and screening candidates through ATS and recruitment platforms. Managing complete onboarding processes for qualified hires in a remote hiring team.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire candidates through recruitment platforms and channels
- Maximize proper utilization of company-provided recruitment tools
- Identify, source, and thoroughly screen qualified applicants
- Assess applicants against position criteria and cultural fit
- Manage and execute the complete onboarding process for qualified and hired applicants
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming transition into the company
Requirements:
- Previous experience or strong interest in HR, recruitment, or onboarding
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with professional sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and adhere to strict core hours
- Monday to Friday, 5 days a week
- Seven working hours daily, from 4PM Egypt time to 1am Egypt time, including a 1-hour break
Benefits:
- 20% basic salary increase after completing the probationary period, based strictly on performance evaluations
- 2k monthly as Bonus KPIs for each successful onboarding during probation
- 4k monthly KPIs for each successful onboarding after probation
- Partially flexible schedule
