Job Description
Sales and Partnerships Manager driving growth through strategic partnerships and direct sales in the UK. Collaborating cross-functionally, building customer relationships, and maximizing value.
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth through strategic partnerships and direct sales
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner and customer success
- Build strong customer relationships to maximize value, drive retention, and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Represent ShipperHQ at industry events, webinars, and community initiatives
- Track partner and customer performance in CRM tools, sharing insights that inform strategy and growth
Requirements:
- 0 - 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, partnerships, customer success, account management, or business development
- Experience working with agencies, technology partners, or platform ecosystems is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including platforms, integrations, and merchant needs
- Revenue-driven and accountable: motivated by outcomes, owns targets, and delivers measurable impact.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close new business while growing existing accounts.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Able to quickly learn and communicate technical product details and value propositions.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools (including prompt-based workflows) for research and analysis, paired with strong critical thinking and quality control to avoid low-quality outputs.
- Problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach to identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
