Job Description
Inside Account Manager managing small sales market client accounts in the Chicago area, focusing on relationship building and revenue growth through effective communication and support.
Responsibilities:
- Supports small sales market client accounts by building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Assists in identifying and driving growth opportunities within existing accounts and converting business from competitors.
- Coordinates and collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests and projects.
- Tracks data and account performance metrics within CRM or other systems.
- Manages the client pipeline of opportunities and leads, ensuring data is current and generates reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- 1-2 years in related role, providing day-to-day support to team and customers.
- Strong time management, prioritizations, and organization skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers at all levels.
- Experience developing relationships by listening, understanding, and providing solutions that result in high customer satisfaction.
