Job Description
Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a global team focused on sourcing digital talent. Managing candidate pipelines, screening, and optimizing recruitment processes in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipelines
- Proactively source high-quality digital professionals across multiple regions using LinkedIn and niche platforms.
- Apply an investigative mindset to sourcing — Boolean research, digging deeper, mapping talent markets, and identifying non-obvious candidates.
- Build, test, and optimize outreach campaigns to improve response and conversion rates constantly.
- Manage and continuously develop a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Conduct high-quality resume reviews and initial interviews, assessing both role fit and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule complex international interview processes across multiple time zones.
- Act as a brand ambassador for GreenTomatoMedia, ensuring candidates experience clear communication, transparency, and professionalism at every stage.
- Maintain and optimize our BambooHR ATS, keeping data clean, structured, and visible.
- Document and improve sourcing, screening, and coordination best practices.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with sourcing and outreach, especially for digital or tech-related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple pipelines and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with recruitment tools and ATS systems (experience with BambooHR is a plus).
- Interest in digital professions (media, tech, marketing, product, AI-related roles).
