Job Description
Junior Test Analyst at i4pro, focusing on testing functionalities and supporting bug resolutions. Engaging in project planning and automation script development for client solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform testing of new functionalities within your module, as well as testing support for bug reports opened by the client for fixes.
- Report, document and monitor the process of opening, analyzing, completing fixes and re-testing BUGs/defects, ensuring individual and effective follow-up of identified bugs/defects.
- Participate in project and support planning to understand assigned activities.
- Assist in developing project test plans, defining test data, environments and supports, including regression testing.
- Assist in the development of test automation scripts.
- Participate in the analysis of execution reports from manual or automated tests, and provide feedback to developers using a bug tracker for the necessary corrections.
- Support UAT and client testing as internal testing support for testing processes.
- Follow and apply Test Case/specification standards, ensuring the quality (governance) established by the Software Quality area, and report any deviations identified.
- Ensure adherence to schedules and customer service according to deadlines agreed and set by leadership.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of SQL is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of Visual Studio.
- Solid knowledge of testing methodologies — testing processes and phases such as functional, integration and UAT, using White-box, Black-box and Gray-box testing.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is desirable.
- At least one testing methodology certification is desirable — CTFL, ISTQB, BSTQB or equivalent.
- Experience with structured testing processes and automated testing is desirable.
- University degree or technical course in progress in technology or related areas.
- Knowledge of the Playwright tool.
