Job Description
Key Account Manager expanding enterprise AEC accounts for Chaos, a global visualization and design software company. Driving upsell, cross-sell, complex contracts, ARR growth, and executive relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end growth strategy for a select portfolio of high-potential AEC accounts
- Develop and execute plans to maximize ARR through strategic upsell, cross-sell, and solution adoption
- Cultivate and expand relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers globally
- Create and present ROI and business value analyses demonstrating measurable impact on clients' AEC workflows
- Lead negotiation and closing of complex, multi-year expansion deals globally
- Identify workflow transformation opportunities and position Chaos within clients' design and visualization processes
- Develop and manage a robust, long-term sales pipeline
- Provide accurate and reliable forecasting for expansion revenue
- Maintain expertise on global AEC industry trends, digital transformation initiatives, competitive landscapes, and client innovation priorities
- Work as part of the global enterprise sales team and report to the Director, Enterprise Sales
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development within the AEC sector or an adjacent technology environment
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding expansion and net-new revenue targets in a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environment
- Proven experience managing and growing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, with clear ownership of upsell and cross-sell outcomes across long sales cycles
- Deep familiarity with AEC workflows, digital design and visualisation technologies, including BIM and real-time rendering, and SaaS licensing models
- Experience negotiating and closing complex, multi-year enterprise contracts, including development of executive-level business cases demonstrating TCO and ROI
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with commercial sharpness and discipline
- Ability to build credible, trusted relationships with C-level and senior executive stakeholders
- Experience developing rigorous account plans and pipeline strategies using data and account intelligence
- Ability to proactively create commercial momentum, identify expansion opportunities, and build pipeline
- Intellectual curiosity and second-order thinking to uncover underlying client business pain points
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value narratives
- High degree of autonomy and self-discipline
- Ability to accurately interpret sales data, pipeline metrics, and market signals for prioritization and forecasting
- Fluency in English is required
