Job Description

Key Account Manager responsible for developing strategic accounts and driving growth for an innovation-focused medical tech company. Collaborate with internal teams and ensure profitable partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of key accounts
  • Identify and grow strategic accounts
  • Propose high value‑added solutions
  • Negotiate and monitor commercial agreements
  • Ensure the profitability of partnerships
  • Serve as the liaison between key accounts and internal functions
  • Provide accurate reporting to Key Accounts management

Requirements:

  • Degree (equivalent to Bac+4) in Business, Management, Marketing, or Health Sciences
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing commercial units
  • Business leadership with strong commercial and interpersonal skills
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills and rigor
  • Agility and results-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and AI
