Job Description

Key Account Manager for JMVision GmbH ensuring client satisfaction and increasing performance remotely across Germany. Analyzing KPIs and driving upsells with flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • High-level client management: You guide new clients through onboarding, support them throughout the collaboration, and serve as their direct point of contact for all questions
  • Own campaign performance: You analyze KPIs in weekly meetings, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure the numbers are on track
  • Proactively drive upsells and renewals: You present clients with new possibilities and work with them to develop additional collaboration opportunities
  • Close coordination with Sales, Creative and Campaign Management — ensuring every step is aligned so clients achieve maximum results
  • Clear communication and structure: You deliver measurable progress and keep all stakeholders up to date

Requirements:

  • Confident presence in conversations with managing directors — ideally you have agency or sales experience
  • Strong communicator: You can explain and inspire, but also take a clear position when required
  • Sales affinity: You identify opportunities for upsells and renewals and pursue them proactively
  • Structured working style, self-responsibility and a high standard of quality
  • Solution- and result-oriented: You think proactively, recognize potential and find a good path even in critical phases
  • Drive and a desire to develop yourself and your clients over the long term
  • We do not place emphasis on specific educational paths — it is more important that you already have initial experience in client management or sales.
