Job Description
Total Rewards Manager focusing on executive compensation strategies at Supercell. Partnering with leadership to evolve pay design and ensuring competitive practices globally.
Responsibilities:
- Own and improve executive compensation programs, base salary, annual incentives
- Evolve executive equity programs, including grant design and allocation approaches
- Design and manage comp and equity frameworks aligned with company performance
- Co-own global incentive programs with the Compensation Manager
- Act as the go-to expert on executive compensation and equity
- Develop compensation and equity guidelines ensuring consistency and fairness
- Keep executive practices competitive through market benchmarking
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Own executive compensation data ensuring accuracy across systems and reporting
- Build modeling and analysis for executive comp and equity
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in compensation
- Strong understanding of executive compensation structures
- Solid analytical skills and experience with financial modeling
- Experience advising senior stakeholders
- Good understanding of market practices and regulatory considerations
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience with HRIS and compensation planning tools
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Clear communication and presentation skills in English
- Familiarity with AI tools
