Job Description

Providing administrative and operational support for corporate computer systems in QC laboratories; acting as a user incident contact and ensuring effective communication with business areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for corporate and benchtop laboratory computerized systems in Quality Control (QC) laboratories;
  • Serve as the first point of contact for user incidents, ensuring effective communication with business stakeholders;
  • Lead or participate in incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of solutions;
  • Manage system access provisioning and deprovisioning;
  • Prepare and execute Periodic Reviews and review deliverables from other subject matter experts (SMEs);
  • Collaborate with IT, Quality Assurance (QA), and Validation teams on system validation activities, upgrades, and break/fix corrections;
  • Support the assessment and implementation of system improvements based on usage data and ticket trends;
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements in all activities;
  • Perform other routine duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience administering systems in a multi-application environment;
  • Experience supporting laboratory systems and/or laboratory instruments;
  • Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis;
  • Experience with access management (provisioning and deprovisioning);
  • Knowledge of quality processes (QMS), including change management, deviations, and CAPA;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams;
  • Experience with laboratory data connectivity and instrument integration;
  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • Preferred: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, or machine learning platforms;
  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GxP);
  • Experience with electronic validation platforms;
  • Adaptable profile, comfortable working in matrix organizations and fast-paced environments;
