Job Description

LACRO and US Hispanic Marketing Officer delivering marketing materials and communications for CRS. Engaging Hispanic Catholics and supporting regional marketing efforts for non-profit outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers high-quality marketing materials for CRS positioning across regions and programs
  • Writes, edits and publishes content for Hispanic Catholic audiences
  • Collaborates on U.S. Hispanic engagement communications and strategies
  • Produces advocacy materials and emergency response communications
  • Supports regional communications coordination and content creation
  • Mentors and guides staff in communications capacity and storytelling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or experience in related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in communications, marketing, journalism or related field
  • Experience working with international non-governmental organizations
  • Proven experience writing for various content mediums such as print, digital, etc.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English
