Job Description

Lead Marketing Automation at appflame, driving growth through marketing automation and collaboration across teams. Responsible for scalable systems and data-driven insights in a global context.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities through marketing automation, process optimization, and data-driven insights.
  • Build and scale marketing automation processes from scratch, reducing manual work and operational costs.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve MarTech solutions: workflows, integrations, and productivity tools for marketing teams.
  • Establish and maintain a structured experimentation and A/B testing framework to accelerate learning and impact.
  • Act as a connector between Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Engineering, translating business goals into clear technical tasks and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience building and scaling operational systems (automation, workflows, integrations, experimentation) in a digital product environment, working closely with engineering and analytics teams.
  • Highly autonomous and comfortable taking full ownership without constant guidance.
  • Enjoy building processes from scratch and turning chaos into scalable systems.
  • Think systemically: see the full picture, dependencies, and trade-offs — not just isolated tasks.
  • Connect strategy with execution and explain reasoning clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Will be an advantage: hands-on marketing experience, understanding how acquisition, creatives, analytics, and product impact each other.
  • Experience building or scaling marketing systems, workflows, or teams.
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools, analytics platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills with product, analytics, user acquisition, and creative teams.
