Job Description
ServiceNow Platform Architect leading design, governance, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform for ICF. Collaborating with business stakeholders and delivering high-performing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
- Lead architecture design for ServiceNow modules including HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
- Establish platform governance, development standards, and best practices.
- Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend adoption strategies.
- Provide technical leadership for platform upgrades, integrations, and enterprise implementations.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and business leaders to align ServiceNow capabilities with business strategy.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to gather requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related scientific/technical discipline
- 8+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
- 5+ years of experience architecting ServiceNow solutions
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Must be a United States (U.S.) Citizen or Green card
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust with the government
- Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S.
