Job Description
Lead Solutions Engineer architecting SaaS solutions and demos for Freshworks prospects. Supporting enterprise sales with ITSM, ITIL, cloud infrastructure, and technical consulting expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Work with regional sales teams to convert prospects to customers
- Prepare and deliver bespoke technical product demonstrations at client meetings, webinars, and customer events
- Deliver product messaging through whiteboard and slide presentations
- Manage proofs of concept and RFP response documents
- Respond to functional and technical customer questions and requirements
- Perform complex workflow analysis and examine interactions between Freshworks and customer infrastructure
- Collect, assess, and convey customer requirements to central product management
- Advocate for the Freshworks brand and promote product solutions and services to prospects, customers, and partners
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and client services to execute sales strategy
- Train sales teams on Freshworks products, technical aspects, and new features
Requirements:
- Native-level written and oral communication skills in Dutch
- Any additional European languages are an advantage
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technical solution engineering
- Experience in ITIL/ITSM, SaaS, or software product environments
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure
- Excellent senior customer stakeholder and internal communication skills
- Experience with complex sales cycles in Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- High-level presentation and demonstration skills
- Customer- and solution-oriented personality
- Highly driven, execution-focused, and urgent mindset
- Enjoys working in a high-energy team environment
