Job Description
Learning and Awareness Manager supporting internal projects and communications for a global professional services organization. Requires collaboration with global teams and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of email communications and other promotional assets, including campaign packs, and associated learning materials.
- Update and maintain existing Knowledge Exchange (KX) learning content in a variety of formats to support different audience learning needs.
- Works with member firm, business and industry stakeholders to support customization of learning and promotional content to meet their specific audience’s needs – audiences across the organization include various levels, businesses, industries, and client accounts.
- Supports the delivery of live, online events such as KX learning webinars, including serving as a speaker, script writing, deck creation, and developing supporting materials
- Collaborates virtually with team members in different time zones to co-develop influential and effective awareness and learning assets.
- Supports the maintenance of the Learning Maturity Model, working with stakeholders to regularly plot geography progress and supports reorganization of existing content for ease of local integration.
- Tracks and reports available metrics to understand effectiveness of awareness and learning initiatives and suggests adjustments to plans and tactics based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborates with offshore colleagues and internal service providers; manages project delivery as required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience; experience in an internal learning role in a global professional services organization preferred.
- Advanced skills working with Microsoft Office applications; mastery-level skills for MS Power Point Word, and Teams.
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Provision of writing samples required
- Technical Skills Advanced skills working with Microsoft Office applications; mastery-level skills for MS Power Point Word, and Teams.
- Experience in developing and executing internal communications campaigns for a distributed professional services audience
- eLearning course authoring/updating skills an advantage eg Articulate (preferably Storyline), Brainshark and Captivate preferred
- Training video scriptwriting / authoring skills preferred
- Experience of survey development using Qualtrics preferred
- Experience with electronic knowledge, repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative and social media tools; SharePoint experience a plus.
