Job Description
Learning And Development Manager helping clients with personal growth and leadership development. Work remotely in a flexible role without traditional trading hours.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries via our established lead generation methods.
- Use proven lead generation strategies to attract potential clients worldwide (full training provided). via our CRM.
- Guide interested individuals through a structured discovery process using scripts and tools provided.
- Ensure orders are processed and product is dispatched promptly.
- Participate in our zoom training calls. All training provided.
Requirements:
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner.

- Passionate about personal growth, coaching, and leadership development.
- Be efficient with time management.
- A strong communicator and relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience required.
