Job Description
Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent helping U.S. customers understand coverage and select health plans at TTEC. Providing remote customer service, sales, renewals, and compassionate support.
Responsibilities:
- Help individuals understand their coverages and select appropriate health-related products, services, and solutions
- Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales through inbound contacts and outbound follow-up
- Respond to customer inquiries using compassion and active listening
- Identify additional customer needs and assist with product or service upgrades
- Complete health plan sales or renewals suited to customers’ needs
- Contribute to customer experience and overall team success
- Report to a Team Lead
- Participate in instructor-led online training, coaching, and professional development
Requirements:
- Current health insurance license in your state of residence
- High-speed internet with more than 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Minimum six months of sales experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines for patient privacy
- Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, compassion, and listening skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer navigation skills and experience
- Ability to work 100% remotely
- Webcam participation during instructor-led TTEC and client-required training
- Residency in an eligible U.S. state; not Alaska, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Montana, or outside the United States
- Colorado, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington, and Washington, D.C. considered only based on special business need
