Job Description
Licensed Inside Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual handling inbound calls for insurance sales. Providing support and matching coverages, products, and benefits to customers while converting them to policyholders.
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls and warm leads
- Consulting with customers on their insurance needs
- Matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
Requirements:
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
