Job Description

Sales Executive at Porch Group focusing on outbound prospecting and client relationships through high-volume calls. Generating qualified leads for advertising solutions in the home services sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners and key decision-makers
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Yelp
  • Build, manage, and maintain a self-sourced pipeline of qualified leads
  • Present and position Welcome Wagon’s advertising solutions to prospective clients
  • Schedule appointments and execute consistent follow-up to close new business
  • Accurately track outreach, pipeline activity, and sales performance in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; additional education or certifications are a plus
  • 1–3 years of experience in high-volume outbound cold calling (B2B preferred)
  • Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and build a pipeline independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven experience working with US-based business teams
  • Excellent written and communication skills in the English language
