Job Description
LMS Administrator developing courses and managing learning activities in Workday Learning Management System for Vishay Technologies. Supporting Talent and Learning teams in organizational development strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Creates courses, programs, lessons, and offerings in Workday LMS
- Manages campaigns and waitlists in Workday LMS
- Runs reports in Workday LMS
- Manages learning activities in Workday LMS
- Supports Talent, Learning & Organizational Development team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience requested
- Master’s degree in related field preferred
- Instructional design certification preferred
- Learning Facilitation experience preferred
- 1.5–2.5 years of experience as Learning Management System Administrator
