Job Description

LMS Administrator developing courses and managing learning activities in Workday Learning Management System for Vishay Technologies. Supporting Talent and Learning teams in organizational development strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates courses, programs, lessons, and offerings in Workday LMS
  • Manages campaigns and waitlists in Workday LMS
  • Runs reports in Workday LMS
  • Manages learning activities in Workday LMS
  • Supports Talent, Learning & Organizational Development team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience requested
  • Master’s degree in related field preferred
  • Instructional design certification preferred
  • Learning Facilitation experience preferred
  • 1.5–2.5 years of experience as Learning Management System Administrator
