Job Description
Health Plan Account Management Manager leading client relationships and developing account teams at CVS Health. Supporting PBM and health plan customers through cross-functional delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with key client contacts as a client-facing member of the account services team
- Deliver timely, accurate, and reliable client interactions through email, client calls, video conferences, and in-person meetings
- Own hiring, training, and development for a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers
- Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports and drive improvements in skills and career development
- Work cross-functionally with internal leaders to drive outstanding client satisfaction
- Identify best practices and ensure projects focus on initiatives that provide best-in-class value to customers
Requirements:
- Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Advanced understanding of CVS Health, PBM and Health Plan market segments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both virtually and in person
- Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize, and resolve complex problems
- Ability to work variable hours to support a client’s needs
- Ability to recruit, lead and develop a team of professionals
- Ability to develop and lead a high performing team
- Ability to keep highly sensitive client and CVS Health information confidential
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience
- Travel up to 25% of the time, including flights, overnight stays, local travel, short-notice travel, and other travel the Company deems necessary
- 3 or more years of experience in Healthcare or in an Account Management role
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
