Job Description

Manager of Business Planning at BCLC providing strategic and financial insights across business lines. Conducting analyses, budgeting, and performance reporting for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides strategic and financial insights, supporting all business lines and support divisions
  • Conducts financial analyses to identify risks and opportunities
  • Develops KPIs and ensures accurate production of budgets and forecasts
  • Monitors overall performance relative to plan
  • Manages and directs budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Collaborates with internal finance and external contacts

Requirements:

  • University degree in a related discipline
  • Completion of a recognized professional accounting designation
  • 6-8 years progressive experience in financial analysis and accounting roles
  • At least 5 years in a management/leadership role
  • Financial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and business intelligence experience
  • SAP and Anaplan experience preferred
  • Experience in a retail environment, multi-location operations, and managing remote relationships preferred
