Job Description
Manager overseeing the care management team for 28 million long-term care members at Centene. Ensuring high-quality, cost-effective healthcare outcomes with 20% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the care management team serving long-term care members
- Develops, implements, oversees long-term care management policies and procedures
- Assigns, monitors and evaluates work assignments and caseloads
- Manages escalated and complex care cases
- Provides coaching and guidance to long-term care management team
Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of related experience
- Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position
