Job Description
Manager of Workday Core HR processes at Zillow Group, leading improvements and supporting employee service initiatives. Drive process efficiency and leadership collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Workday Core HR and improve processes
- Lead a team of analysts
- Collaborate with HR Product on roadmap initiatives
- Build processes for improvement
- Use data to track improvements
- Support employees in using Workday independently
- Translate findings for leadership
Requirements:
- Managed a team in HR operations or process improvement
- Knowledge of Workday
- Ability to map current processes and design improvements
- Use data for decision-making
- Collaborative across teams
- Ability to explain complex processes to leadership
- Comfortable leading a team and doing the work itself when needed
- Preferred: Experience with product teams and HR shared services
