Job Description

Manager of Workday Core HR processes at Zillow Group, leading improvements and supporting employee service initiatives. Drive process efficiency and leadership collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Workday Core HR and improve processes
  • Lead a team of analysts
  • Collaborate with HR Product on roadmap initiatives
  • Build processes for improvement
  • Use data to track improvements
  • Support employees in using Workday independently
  • Translate findings for leadership

Requirements:

  • Managed a team in HR operations or process improvement
  • Knowledge of Workday
  • Ability to map current processes and design improvements
  • Use data for decision-making
  • Collaborative across teams
  • Ability to explain complex processes to leadership
  • Comfortable leading a team and doing the work itself when needed
  • Preferred: Experience with product teams and HR shared services
