Job Description
Manager for MuleSoft delivery at Offprem Technology focusing on enterprise integration projects and team leadership with emphasis on client solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary, hands-on Solution Architect for select high-priority and large-scale client engagements.
- Maintain a billable utilization target while effectively balancing practice management and oversight responsibilities.
- Serve as a technical manager and escalation point across various MuleSoft projects to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client business objectives.
- Oversee inbound MuleSoft projects, ensuring seamless onboarding, technical alignment, and execution.
- Manage resource assignments, strategically matching the right talent (onshore and global contractors) to specific project needs and phases.
- Drive delivery excellence, establish best practices for enterprise integration, and support project-level health and timelines.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to support scoping and technical requirements for new engagements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a geographically dispersed delivery team, consisting of onshore employees and global contractors.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across distributed teams, ensuring strong communication and technical alignment.
- Provide technical guidance, architectural reviews, and continuous feedback to team members to elevate the overall capability of the practice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, architecture, and client-facing technology consulting.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering full-lifecycle enterprise integration projects within the MuleSoft ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and/or directly managing distributed teams, preferably including global contractors.
- Strong ability to operate as a "player-coach," balancing strategic practice operations with billable, hands-on architectural delivery.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Preferred: Active MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Integration Architect or similar) are a strong plus.
